Nutella Mousse


Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12-15 oreo cookies
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter
  1. add the heavy cream to a bowl and whip it until it looks like cool whipped.
  2. add the vanilla extract
  3. place the nutella in a bowl and microwave it for about 15 seconds.
  4. stir the nutella for about 1 minute so it cools a bit before adding it to the whipped cream
  5. add the nutella to the whipped cream and fold it in.
  6. place the cookies into a food processor and than add melted butter to them. 
  7. press the crumbled buttered cookies onto bottom of your mini cheesecake pan 
  8. pour filling into prepared crust. 
  9. refrigerate for 4 hours 
  10. decorate with strawberries, bananas, and some extra nutella.
