Tiramisu: The Authentic Recipe
500gr marcarpone
4-5 eggs
90gr sugar
Savoiardi biscuits
You had the sugar to the yolks and whiskey very very well till it becomes soft
Then you add mascarpone and whiskey it as well
Then you whip the white of the eggs with a bit of salt
Till it becomes very stick
Add the whites to the yellow with sugar and mascarpone you prepared before
I use rhum
My mother uses cognac No marsal
You add few drop of it to the cream, just a few
After you make the coffe and put it in a plate, not too hot
I add a bit of sugar but just a bit also a bit of rhum
You deep the savoiardi biscuits very fast as they don't get too wet
