- 500 g wheat flour
- 200 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 50 g of melted butter
- 1 liter semi-skimmed milk
Preparing the batter
– Put the sugar, melted butter, rock salt and eggs into a bowl.– Beat the mixture and gradually add the wheat flour and half a glass of milk. You should obtain a smooth batter with no lumps.– Add the rest of the milk.Leave to stand for about an hour before cooking
